DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, you could ship the product back to us (at your own cost) and we will ship a fresh piece.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item please be aware that we can only replace it for the exact same product, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the LOTUS SUUTRA JEWELRY website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
